Buying Horse Photos from Horse Source is a user friendly and fully automated process. Customers can determine the cost of an image based on the intended usage or file size / resolution. When an image is clicked and its page of details loads, a set of tabs will display including a tab for "Pricing". Select the "Pricing" tab, define your usage (RM) or file size / resolution (RF) using the dropdown boxes and select the "Add To Cart" button. The site features integrated payment options so your order can be processed instantly.

Once an order is processed, you are provided with a summary page and a link to download the images.

Pricing & Licensing Photo's on Horse Source is relatively simple and straight forward. An image can be licensed for a specific use (Rights Managed) or licensed by file size (Royalty Free).

Rights Managed (RM) is the most common licensing (pricing) and is determined by the intended use of the image. (ie. North America, Magazine, Editorial - Under 20,000 Copies). With a Rights Managed license, an image can only be used for the specific purpose. If another use is desired for the same image, an additional license will need to be purchased.

Royalty Free (RF) images are less common and are licensed by paying a one-time fee for a specific file size / resolution. The photographer determines this type of licensing for the image upon upload. The image can be used multiple times and does not require an additional license.
